The Under 7’s – No Details

The Under 8’s – No Details

The Under 9’s –  were in Cup semi final action against Glenavon and a thrilling game ended in a draw after extra time and unfortunately a brave effort ended in a penalty shoot out defeat for Upton. It was a great effort from the lads and everyone was very proud of them.  

The Under 10’s –  were held to a 1-1 draw with Beechwood  thanks to a David Thomas goal with lewis Heath Man of Match. The boys have 2 lge games left and a cup final to look forward to.



Under 10s – put in another good performance before losing 2-0 to Manor Lightening

Under 12s – had a great victory against fellow title chasers Manor 4-2 and with 7 games still to go the girls are still in with a great chance to win the league

Under 14’s– had a great Knockout Cup semi final win 9-1 against Irby and will now face champions Manor in the final


The Under 11’s – had a midweek 5-2 victory against Wallasey Wanderers in the league with 2 goals from Brendan Doherty and others from Matt Benson, Jamie Kavanagh, Ben Mcallister, with Liam Mcevoy Man of Match. At the weekend the boys unfortunately went down 4-0 to Glenavon in the cup semi final but will hope to finish with a couple of victories in the final league games

The Under 12’s – have had a midweek 5-2 victory over Glenavon with a goal from Man of Match Josh Smith, Ewan Nolan, Liam Donaldson and 2 from Will Hellon. On the weekend the 2 teams then met again in cup action and this time Glenavon ran out 3-1 winners

The Under 13’s – lost 6-3 to Wirral Rangers in the Challenge Cup semi final

The Under 14’s – lost 5-0 to Manor in the Challenge Cup with Jordan Taylor Man of Match

The Under 15’s – were in semi final action against Beechwood and found themselves 3-0 down after 20 minutes before producing a wonderful comeback to win 5-3 and reach the final thanks to 2 goals from George Thomson and others from Chris Turk, Joe Murray and a screamer from Alex Pitt, Callum Mernock was Man of the Match.


The Under 16’s – were in semi final action with Manor and after drawing 1-1 they unfortunately lost out on penalties.

Youth Team


The Youth Team –kept up the pressure on league leaders with an 8-0 victory and are in cup final action this tuesday
